Written by John Quinn and directed by Christopher Warre Smets, this episode opens with Marilyn in bed with Ian at his house. It’s a hot scene.
Afterward, she’s in his kitchen, looks through his fashion portfolio, and sees that he’s stolen the designs Lacey gave him (back in episode 2) and is planning to submit them to the upcoming fashion show as his own. Even though he denies her accusation, and claims that his designs are original, Marilyn knows better. She rushes to tell Lacey what’s going on, and the two of them go to lunch with Jeffery to try to figure out how to stop him, but they don’t have many options because Ian is more well-established in the industry than Lacey so they don’t think anyone will believe them if they try to expose him. Jeffrey says they should just concentrate on their new designs, including their male line, and forget those old sketches anyway.
Later Lacey goes on another date with Rick and they have hot sex.
Cody meets with Stephanie back at the studio, where he approaches her about the fact that they had sex in the previous episode. He wants to make sure that she doesn’t expect any type of commitment from him now, and he acts a bit surprised when she assures him that doesn’t want that either, she just looking to get laid once. After a brief discussion, they end up having sex again, right there on her desk.
That night Cody is at a bar with Russ talking about Stephanie. Cody is now convinced that Stephanie really wants him, and he’s trying to figure out how to dump her for good. When Stephanie shows up, he thinks it’s proof that she’s stalking him. But then he’s surprised when she reveals she’s actually there to meet some guy named Frank (Albert Lapi), whom she met online. Stephanie takes Frank home and has sex with him, while Cody is left at the bar looking jealous.
The story of Ian trying to steal from Lacey has the potential to be really interesting, and I’m curious to see how they proceed with that. I can predict how this Cody/Stephanie storyline will end, but let’s see how they get there. And I have to say that the four sex scenes in this episode are some of the best this series has shot, so far, making this a very rewatchable episode.

Oh competition trying to steal secrets
A bit of more realism into the series
Agree on liking all 4 sex scenes. They were all unique. The desk scene had Jennifer not wearing a patch, Misty’s desk scene had the sandwich ad libbed and her expressions in her 2nd were into it and Denise’s scene she takes charge/command

Yes, the competitor storyline has good potential for the series, and should have been more of a focus from the beginning.

Exactly this is what the story should be about since that is the main point of the plot. A business trying to survive should include rivalry, struggle, backstabbing etc.
