I have long made my love of this character clear. Thankfully, I am not the only one who recognizes the untapped potential of Robert Townsend’s creation. Occasionally I came across various depictions of Meteor Man by talented artists online, and I thought I’d share some, starting with this from artist Wardell Brown.

I like this. It got a nice, cartoon-ish style, I can immediately imagine seeing an animated film or series drawn like this. He’s made the choice to remove the green from the costume, and have it all be gray/dark silver, and that works well, I think. Good job.
