Written by Laura Francis and directed by Jon Burroughs, this was the 7th episode of Beverly Hills Bordello season 1, and the second one in which Gabriella Hall played the role of Veronica Winston.
Veronica is participating in an exchange problem with another bordello somewhere in Latin America. She is sending one of her best ladies, Heather (Lori Morrissey) overseas for two weeks, while that bordello is sending one of their best ladies to stay in Beverly Hills. Before she leaves, we see Heather having a last appointment with one of her regular customers, a man named Duke (Eric Carlson)
Nikki Fritz plays Jocelyn, one of Veronica’s ladies, who is jealous of the high-profile assignment that Heather got. Jocelyn was considered one of Veronica’s best ladies, but she admits that lately she hasn’t been feeling happy with her work. So Veronica tells Jocelyn to spend time with the new lady when she gets here, to see if she gets re-inspired.
Maite Arnedo plays the new lady, Carmen. When she arrives, Veronica and Jocelyn greet her and Jocelyn shows her to her room, where Carmen strips down to take a bath and rubs lotion on her naked body and masturbates. Later Jocelyn watches via a two-way mirror as Carmen has her first appointment, with a man named Jorgen (Brian KitchenS). The scene is hot enough for Jocelyn to pull down her top to play with her own breasts and masturbate as she watches them.
Later Jocelyn asks Carmen for some sexual instruction, and the two ladies sort of do a sexy striptease together. It’s not quite a lesbian scene, but it’s hot.
This instruction helps reignite Jocelyn’s passion, as we see her having an appointment with Duke, which begins with her performing a striptease for him before they have sex. The episode ends with Jocelyn thanking Carmen for her help and wishing her well as Carmen returns home.
The episode is worth watching due to the presence of Nikki Fritz, but it’s not one of my favorite episodes. Maite Arnedo does a decent job, but I didn’t find her that attractive, so her scenes weren’t as exciting to me. Lori Morrissey is fine, but her scene was likewise underwhelming.
I’ll also note the missed opportunity for some continuity, as this is Nikki’s first appearance in this series, and I always wondered why when she returned in Drawing The Line she wasn’t playing the same character?
Chacebook rating: THREE STARS.
