Written by Anthony L. Greene and directed by Lucas Riley, Veronica (Angela Nicholas) opens her radio shows by admitting that she’s a voyeur, and wants her listeners to tell her stories about their own experiences with voyeurism.

Frank Harper plays Nick, who calls in to tell Veronica about when he first moved to California and was looking for a place to stay for the summer. He wasn’t having much luck when he pulled up to a mansion that was advertising a guest house for rent. Going around the back for some reason he comes across the owner of the home, Maggie Thompson (Julia Parton), who is swimming nude in the backyard pool. She gets out and lays on a pool chair and starts masturbating. Nick is fascinated (who wouldn’t be?), and when Maggie catches him watching her she’s very blase’ about it. She slips on a transparent long red shirt which doesn’t hide anything, and shows him the guest house. She hands him a glass of water and is a bit flirtatious with him. At one point, complaining about the heat, she takes an ice cube from Nick’s glass, puts it in his hand, and then has him rub it around her neck and then down to her breasts. She starts kissing him and takes his clothes off and they start having sex on the bed, in a really hot scene…but then Nick snaps out of it. It turns out he was just daydreaming that part.

Nick initially turns down the room as the rent is a little too high for him, but when she gives him a kiss on the lips goodbye he changes his mind and takes the room. She invites him inside for dinner that night to celebrate.

That night Nick joins Maggie in the kitchen where she’s cooking dinner and again acts flirtatious with him. She accidentally spills some water on her and has to change her dress. Around the corner, in full few of Nick, she slips out of her dress, revealing her nude body underneath, and slips on a new one. Just as Nick is thinking he’s going to really love this new living arrangement, Maggie’s husband Blaine (Burke Morgan), whom Nick didn’t know she had, shows up and joins them for dinner.

That night, while trying to sleep in his room, Nick can see out of the glass door as Maggie again swims nude in the pool, then Blaine joins her and they have sex on the pool chair. This is all making Nick extremely sexually frustrated, and wondering what kind of games Maggie is playing with him.

The next morning, Maggie calls Nick to tell her that the pipe in her kitchen sink is leaking and asks if he can come look at it. He sticks his head under the sink, and then a woman comes and stands right over him, with just a skirt on. Thinking it’s Maggie, Nick decides to take a shot and finally make a move. He starts caressing her legs and when she doesn’t object, he pulls her panties down, leans up, and begins eating her out. But when he hears her moan, he realizes that it’s not Maggie.

In shock, Nick slides out from under the sink and meets Coralynne (Jezebelle Bond). She’s the previous tenant, who came to get some boxes she’d left in the guest house. When they get to his room, Nick apologizes, and this is when she explains what’s going on here. Maggie and Blaine are both voyeurs and exhibitionists, and they rent their guest house to people they can watch, and who will watch them, having sex. Nick and Coralynne have sex in the room, as Maggie and Blaine watch in another room via a hidden camera. while also having sex.

Nick tells Veronica that he never saw Coralynne again, but that over the rest of that summer, he says other female former tenants would stop by to have sex with him, knowing the Thompsons were watching them.

This episode soars for the presence of Julia Parton alone. Her voluptuous body was always a sight to behold, making any movie or TV show that she appeared in a must-watch event. I don’t know if she really is Dolly Parton’s cousin, like she publicly claimed, but she was sexy AF. The rest of the cast are all pros too, and that makes this episode of the series’ best.
