This is the annual Christmas issue, and once again writer/artist Jim Balent has Tarot come face to face with the evil Krampus The creature kidnaps her pet bat/cat Pooka, and she has to track him down to get back.

That’s it. That’s the story. It’s all narrated in poetry-form, in the vein of the classic “Twas The Night Before Christmas.”. 

And it’s illustrated in a series of splash pages, and colored in brown and white.

I guess it’s supposed to be clever, but I just found the whole thing boring. I’d skip this issue if I could.
