SUNRISE ADAMS

Written by Anthony L. Greene and Daryl Haney, and directed by Valerie Landsburg, this episode stars Keri Windsor as Angela. She calls into Veronica’s (Angela Nicholas) radio show to tell her about her experience with voyeurism.

One day Angela went to work only to find out she’d be laid off. So she went back home earlier than expected and caught her boyfriend, Chad (Jonathan Gray), having sex with another woman, played by Dru Berrymore (who was last seen in Episode 11, also playing an unnamed woman that someone came home to find their boyfriend cheating with…talk about typecasting).

Sunrise Adams plays Simone, Angela’s old college roommate, who is now a successful model. Angela goes to her house and tells her what happened. Angela admits that it was the deception that hurt her the most because she and Chad had been talking the past few weeks about the possibility of the two of them having a threesome with another woman. If Chad had just been a little more patient, he could have had what he wanted without going behind her back. Simone sympathizes with her while admitting to being a “classic voyeur” and confessing that back when they were in college, she used to sometimes hide and watch while Angela had sex with her then-boyfriend and often got so turned on that she wished she could join them. This information will become important later in the episode.

Simone had to go to New York for a few weeks on a modeling assignment and offered to let Angela stay in her place while she was gone, as a sort of vacation, which Angela accepts.

Alone in the house, we see Angela going through Simone’s closet and drawers and trying on a bunch of her different lingerie sets. She also finds a secret stash of videotapes and puts one on the TV, which is a sex tape of Simone and some man and her ex, Scott (James Bonn). Angela lies on the couch and plays with herself while watching it. Just then, Scott calls, asking for Simone, but Angela tells him she’s out of town, and they start talking. This leads to dirty talk, with Angela continuing to masturbate as she talks to Scott, and the tape keeps playing. After Angela orgasms, Scott suggests meeting in person, but she declines and goes to sleep.

The next morning, Scott shows up with some flowers anyway, saying he couldn’t help himself; he just had to meet her in person. The fact that she immediately recognizes him makes him realize that she must have watched one of his tapes with Simone. They talk for a while, and despite Angela’s hesitation, she doesn’t resist when he makes a move, and they go to the bedroom to have sex. After the finish, Simone’s agent calls and tells Angela that Simone’s assignment in New York was canceled and that Simone is returning home early.

Angela panics and tries to get Scott to hurry up and leave so she can clean up before Simone gets back, but this is where we get the big plot twist of the episode, as Scott reveals that Simone actually told him to call Angela and see if they would hit it off. Angela is a bit upset at first, feeling like she was manipulated, but she gets over it soon enough. Next, we see Simone returning home and finding Angela and Scott in bed together. Simone is immediately turned on, and Angela invites her to join them, and they have a hot threesome.

In the end, Angela tells Veronica that she stayed at Simone’s for another week before moving in with her permanently. She’s alone in the house at the moment but we see that as she’s on the phone with Veronica, she’s watching a tape of the threesome.

This is one of my favorite episodes of the series. Keri Windsor is amazing in it, as is Sunrise Adams, who I wish had done a lot more softcore work. The threesome scene, in particular, is one of the best softcore threesomes ever. The ladies even briefly get into a 69, which we don’t see often enough in softcore. The opening sex scene with Jonathan Gray and Dru Berrymore could have been longer, but I can’t complain about what we got.
