SERENA THE SEXPLORER

Here’s a softcore film from 2015 that I somehow missed, but I was alerted to it on Reddit, and just had to check it out.

It’s directed by Jim Wynorski protege Louis DeWalnut (Steve Goldenberg), with an assist by David Zani, and written by Bruno Kennedy. It stars Melissa Jacobs as Serana. She’s an alien from the planet Delton, sent on a secret mission to Earth by her commander, known only as Supreme Mistress (Joclyn Stone), to “engage in their sex secrets,” in other words: “don’t stop fucking.” She’s got 24 hours to have as much sex as possible because this knowledge is necessary to save their civilization, which won’t survive another “light year” without it.

Serena takes the knowledge in stride, she doesn’t seem to worried, and doesn’t even ask for clarification about why their civilization is in such trouble, she just signs off (she and Supreme Mistress communicate via “dildotrons,” telephone-like devices shaped like penises) and heads out to meet, and fuck, some humans.

**warning, spoilers ahead**

Serena comes up on the very large mansion of Mark and Cindy (Billy Chappell and Nicki Blue), and peeks through a large glass door to see them having sex in their living room. They’re both surprised and question her. When Serena tells them who she is and why she’s there, Cindy just thinks she’s crazy and want to call the cops on her, but her tone abruptly changes when Serena demonstrates her superpower, which is the ability to make her own clothes disappear. Once Serena is naked, Cindy invites her in to join her and Mark for a threesome.

Then Cindy goes to the bathroom to take a shower, and Serena joins her. Then Ted (TJ Cummings) shows up, he’s a friend of Cindy and Mark’s. He says that Mark invited him over and then left to go buy some alcohol, and then two ladies invite Ted to join them in shower, which he eagerly does.

Then we see Mark, who actually went to Ted’s house and seduces Ted’s girlfriend Sherry (Britney Young). It’s implied that this little secret affair has been going on for a while.

Amanda Blow, Khloe Kush, and Yessie Sanchez, play Cindy’s friends Tina, Allie, and Jenn, who see hanging out in bikinis by a jacuzzi  at Jenn’s place. Cindy calls and invites them to her and Mark’s house for a party. Tina’s excited, as she makes it clear that she wants to have sex with Mark. But first the three ladies go inside and have sex in a large bathtub.

Mark is walking back home when he comes across Serena’s spaceship parked outside, and is surprised as this means Serena is telling the truth about being from another planet. He sees Tina, Allie, and Jenn arriving, and tells them what he just found, but they think he’s just been drinking. Allie and Jenn go to the house, but Tina agrees to go with Mark to see the spaceship. They manage to get inside, and decide to have sex.

Allie and Jenn, switched back into their bikinis, go out back to join Cindy and Serena (also in bikinis) and Ted (in swim trunks), who are sitting by the pool. Cindy introduces them to Serena, and Ted goes inside to get a drink. Jenn follows him and they have sex.

Mark and Tina arrive and Mark tells Cindy and Allie about finding Serena’s spaceship. Cindy figures out that Mark and Tina must have hooked up, and storms off inside the house, and Allie decides to follow her to make sure she’s alright.

Sherry shows up and sees Serena and Mark talking, we don’t know where Tina went to, and Serena demonstrates that not only can she make her own clothes disappear, she can also make other people’s clothes disappear, as she makes herself and then also Sherry and Mark naked. Then the three of them have sex, of course.

Then the film cuts back to Cindy and Allie, they’re in Cindy’s bedroom, where Cindy reveals that she and Mark have an open relationship, but Cindy’s not too happy about it, as she only agreed to it because that’s what Mark wants. But then they have sex, and this little plot-point is never brought up again.

Then Serena, Mark, Sherry, Ted, Tina, and Jenn, changed into regular clothes, all go into the living room, where Serena suggests playing Spin the Bottle. Ted goes first, and has to kiss Serena. Then Cindy and Allie, still wearing bikinis, join them, and Tina take a turn spinning the bottle. Suddenly, Serena makes the clothes of everyone except her and Mark disappear. Then all the naked people start having sex. First they’re grouped up in pairs. Ted and Sherry, Cindy and Allie, and Tina and Jenn. Then this turns into an orgy where all the women are messing with each other and Ted takes turns fucking each women.

Before the orgy really gets going Serena gets up and walks out, and Mark decides to follow her. They go to Serena’s spaceship, where Serena says that although her time isn’t up, she’s gotten all the information she needs to save her people, and is ready to leave. This is when Serena reveals that there are no men on her planet, and it’s not expressly clear but that may be where her civilization is doomed. And then, I think, Mark volunteers to go with her. I guess to be the one man who helps repopulate her civilization (because Serena says that all of the rest of her species are even more beautiful than she is). They go into the spaceship and have sex. And…that’s it. The end.

Well, not quite the end, First we get a 4-minute montage of all of the sex scenes in the film, while across the screen flashes “Serena memory implant uploading…” I guess that was to pad the runtime, as this film is only about and hour and 12 minutes long.

In addition to the sex scenes I’ve recapped, there’s also one with Joclyn Stone, Nicki Blue, and Amanda Blow, the latter two who are playing double-duty as two other alien women (credited as Servant 1 and Servant 2). They’re both wearing wigs and if the credits hadn’t named them I wouldn’t have recognized them.

I don’t have the highest standards for softcore films like this, I enjoyed DeWalnut’s directorial debut, Monster Of The Nudist Colony, which was silly fun. But this story made no sense and not even the sex scenes could make this film worthwhile. And most of the acting in this film is terrible. Melissa Jacobs, TJ Cummings, and Billy Chappell were fine, but the rest of the cast recited their lines as if they were reading off of cue cards.

Chacebook rating: THREE STARS
