Written and directed by Jon Burroughs, this is the 6th episode of season 1 of Beverly Hills Bordello and is notable for being the first episode in which the gorgeous Gabriella Hall played the role of Madame Veronica Winston.

Deborah Dutch stars as Jane, a bored housewife. She and her husband Michael (Frank Mercuri) aren’t unhappy, but she says their marriage and their sex life has become “comfortable and routine.” The episode opens with them in bed having sex, with her slowly riding him cowgirl, before he gets up to leave for work.

Jane has some of her friends over, Tracey (Carole Bergeron), Nancy (Patty Reid), and her best friend Allison (Elaine Davis). The subject of sexual fantasies comes up, with the ladies asking each other if they’ve ever thought about having sex with another woman. Allison, who is a photographer, admits to not only fantasizing about it, but to recently doing it with a female model whom she was taking pictures of. When the ladies ask Jane if she’s ever thought about it, she is embarrassed and changes the subject.

After the ladies are gone, Jane sees that Allison accidentally left behind her planner, and she sees several Polaroids of the nude model that Allison had sex with in it. This turns her on, and she masturbates as she fantasizes about Allison and the model (Constance Rhodes) having sex. When Allison comes over the next day to pick her books, Jane admits to her fantasy, so Allison convinces her that she should try it. And she gives her Veronica’s card, saying she can help her.

The next day Jane goes to the bordello and meets with Veronica, who sets her up with Sasha (Jamaica Charley). Sasha enters the room in the nude, and since Jane is so nervous she tries to take it slow to ease her into it. As Jane sits on a chair, Sashan unbuttons Jane’s shirt and starts to kiss and lick her breasts. But when she tries to go down between Jane’s legs, Jane stops her and leaves, because she just can’t go through with it.

Meeting with Allison in her house again, Jane tells her what happened. That’s when Allison admits how much she finds Jane attractive, and the two ladies begin a sexual relationship that is said to last for a few weeks. Allison comes over to Jane’s house in the afternoon to have sex while Michael’s at work.

Well, it all comes to a head when one day Michael comes home early and catches them together. We don’t see the immediate reaction, but Janes tells us that it all worked out, and we Allison and Jane having sex on a bed while Michael sits in a chair and watches them. This, apparently, becomes a regular activity for the two of them.

There’s a good premise here, but the story comes off rather boring. The lesbian sex scenes just consist of some slow breast-licking mostly, it’s not imaginative. And they missed the opportunity for a threesome with Michael at the end. But the biggest problem is that it doesn’t really feel like a Beverly Hills Bordello episode, it could be any random softcore show of the era. Take Veronica and Sasha out of the episode, and it wouldn’t have changed anything in the plot.
